Evaluation Problems
Assessment issues can be frustrating, especially when you are ready to take your evaluation. Here are solutions to the most common problems.
Assessment Will Not Start
If clicking "Start Assessment" does not begin the evaluation:
- 1Check your credit balance
You need at least 1 credit to start an assessment. Check your balance on the dashboard.
- 2Verify you are logged in
Refresh the page and check that your name appears in the navigation bar.
- 3Check for an in-progress assessment
You can only have one active assessment at a time. Complete or abandon your current assessment first.
- 4Try a hard refresh
Press Cmd + Shift + R (Mac) or Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows)
Stuck on Loading
If the assessment screen shows a loading spinner for more than 30 seconds:
Check your internet connection
Try loading another website to confirm your connection is working. AI CRED requires a stable connection for real-time communication with our AI systems.
Disable browser extensions
Ad blockers, privacy extensions, and VPNs can sometimes interfere with our services. Try disabling them temporarily.
Wait a moment during peak hours
During high-traffic periods, initial connections may take slightly longer. Wait up to 60 seconds before refreshing.
AI Not Responding
If the AI stops responding mid-conversation:
- Wait 10-15 seconds - The AI sometimes needs time to formulate longer responses
- Check for typing indicator - Look for "AI is typing..." or similar indicator
- Do not submit the same message repeatedly - This can cause issues with the conversation flow
- Refresh only as a last resort - Your progress should be saved, but refreshing may reset the current exchange
Connection Lost During Evaluation
If you lose internet connection during an assessment:
Good news: Your progress is automatically saved after each message exchange. You will not lose completed sections.
- 1Restore your internet connection
Reconnect to Wi-Fi or check your network settings
- 2Return to the dashboard
Your in-progress assessment will be listed there
- 3Click "Continue Assessment"
You will resume from where you left off
What Happens to Your Credit
Credit is deducted when:
- - You click "Start Assessment" and the evaluation begins
- - The first section is initiated
Your credit is protected if:
- - Technical issues prevent the assessment from starting
- - Our servers are experiencing problems
- - You experience a verified system error

If you believe you lost a credit due to a technical issue, contact support at support@aicred.ai with details about what happened. Include the date, time, and any error messages you saw.
