Session Issues
Session issues typically occur when your login session expires or becomes invalid. Follow these steps to resolve common session problems.
"Session Expired" Errors
This error appears when your authentication token has expired. Sessions expire for security reasons after a period of inactivity or after a set time limit.
Common causes:
- -Extended period of inactivity (more than 24 hours)
- -Multiple browser tabs with AI CRED open
- -Browser cookies were cleared or blocked
- -Using incognito/private browsing mode
How to Refresh Your Session
- 1Refresh the page
Press Cmd + R (Mac) or Ctrl + R (Windows/Linux)
- 2If prompted, log in again
Enter your email and password to create a new session
- 3Check for redirect
You should be redirected back to your dashboard or the page you were viewing
Clearing Browser Cookies
If session problems persist, clearing your browser cookies for AI CRED can help reset your authentication state.
Warning: Clearing cookies will log you out. Make sure you remember your login credentials before proceeding.
Chrome:
- 1. Click the lock icon in the address bar
- 2. Click "Cookies and site data"
- 3. Click "Manage cookies and site data"
- 4. Remove cookies for aicred.ai
Safari:
- 1. Go to Safari > Settings > Privacy
- 2. Click "Manage Website Data"
- 3. Search for "aicred"
- 4. Select and click "Remove"
Firefox:
- 1. Click the lock icon in the address bar
- 2. Click "Clear cookies and site data"
- 3. Confirm the action
When to Re-login
You should log out and log back in if you experience any of the following:
- Session expired errors that persist after refreshing
- Unable to access your dashboard or account settings
- Profile information appearing incorrect or outdated
- After changing your password or email
- Switching between devices or browsers
Tips to Avoid Session Issues
- Keep only one AI CRED tab open at a time
- Use a regular browser window instead of incognito/private mode
- Ensure cookies are enabled for aicred.ai
- Log out properly when done using AI CRED on shared devices
