Accessing Profile Settings
To edit your profile, navigate to your Profile Settings page:
- Log in to your AI CRED account
- Click your avatar or name in the header
- Select "Profile Settings" from the dropdown

Profile Photo Upload
Your profile photo is the first thing people see. Make it count!
How to upload:
- Click the camera icon on your current photo
- Select an image from your device
- Wait for the upload to complete
- Your new photo appears immediately
Photo Requirements
- - Recommended: Square image, 400x400px or larger
- - Formats: JPG, PNG, or WebP
- - Max size: 5MB
- - Tip: Professional headshots work best
Professional Headline
Your headline appears below your name and summarizes who you are professionally. It's limited to 100 characters.
Good headline examples:
"Senior Product Manager | AI Enthusiast"
"Full-Stack Developer specializing in AI/ML integration"
"Marketing Director leveraging AI for growth"
Pro tip: Include your role and how you use AI to make your profile more relevant to employers and collaborators.
Bio with Markdown Support
Your bio is where you can tell your story. It supports full Markdown formatting for rich content. Maximum 5,000 characters.

The editor shows a live preview of your formatted bio as you type. Toggle between edit and preview modes using the tabs above the editor.
Location
Adding your location helps employers and collaborators find you. This is optional and can be as specific or general as you prefer.
Location examples:
- San Francisco, CA
- London, United Kingdom
- Remote - US Based
- Singapore
Maximum 100 characters. Your location appears on your public profile and helps with regional networking.
Saving Your Changes
After making changes, click the "Save Changes" button. You'll see:
- A success notification confirming your changes were saved
- The "Unsaved changes" alert disappears
- Changes reflect immediately on your public profile (if enabled)
Don't forget to save! The page will warn you if you try to leave with unsaved changes.
