Custom Links
Need to add a link that isn't one of the preset platforms? Use the "Custom" link type:
Custom link examples:
- Notion portfolio
- YouTube channel
- Medium blog
- Substack newsletter
- Calendly booking page
Drag to Reorder
Arrange your links in the order you want them to appear on your public profile. Most important links should be first.
How to reorder:
- Find the drag handle (six dots icon) on the left of each link
- Click and hold the drag handle
- Drag the link up or down to its new position
- Release to drop - the new order saves automatically
Recommended order:
- 1LinkedIn (for recruiters)
- 2GitHub (for technical roles)
- 3Personal website/portfolio
- 4Social media (Twitter, etc.)
Link Visibility
Each link has its own visibility toggle. Control which links appear on your public profile:
Link shows on your public profile as a clickable button with icon.
Link is saved in your account but won't appear publicly.
Best Practices
- Use descriptive labels - Instead of just "GitHub", try "My AI Projects on GitHub"
- Keep links active - Regularly check that your links still work
- Quality over quantity - 3-5 relevant links are better than 10 random ones
- Match your audience - If targeting recruiters, prioritize LinkedIn; for developers, prioritize GitHub
