AI CRED vs. Completion Certificates
Why scores are different from certifications
AI CRED Score
- +Measures current abilities
- +Changes over time (up or down)
- +Detailed dimension breakdown
- +Comparable across all users
- +Trusted by employers
Completion Certificates
- -Shows you finished a course
- -Permanent once earned
- -Binary (have it or don't)
- -Not comparable across programs
- -May not reflect current skills
The Bottom Line: Completion certificates tell employers you invested time in learning. AI CRED tells them what you can actually do today.
