Level Up Assessment
Update your official score after completing your learning journey.
What is a Level Up Assessment?
A Level Up Assessment is a comprehensive evaluation designed specifically for users who have completed their 5-module Learning Plan. It tests your improved knowledge and updates your official AI CRED score to reflect your current abilities.
While it shares similarities with the initial full evaluation, the Level Up Assessment is:
- Shorter: ~15 minutes instead of ~30 minutes
- Focused: Emphasizes areas covered in your Learning Plan
- Contextual: Aware of your previous score and learning journey
When It Unlocks
The Level Up Assessment becomes available after you complete all 5 modules in your Learning Plan.
To unlock the Level Up Assessment:
- Complete your initial evaluation to receive a Learning Plan
- Work through all 5 modules in sequence
- Complete the Progress Check for each module
- After Module 5's Progress Check, Level Up unlocks
You'll see a prominent notification in your dashboard when the Level Up Assessment becomes available. There's no deadline - you can take it whenever you feel ready.
Cost and Duration
Cost: 1 Credit
The Level Up Assessment costs 1 credit, the same as a full evaluation. This credit is consumed when you begin the assessment.
Duration: ~15 minutes
Level Up Assessments are shorter than full evaluations, typically taking about 15 minutes to complete.
The shorter duration reflects that the assessment is focused on measuring improvement in specific areas rather than conducting a complete baseline evaluation.
Your Score Can Change
Important: Your score after a Level Up Assessment can go up, down, or stay the same. This is an honest measurement of your current abilities.
Score Goes Up
Most common outcome if you engaged seriously with the Learning Plan. You've genuinely improved your AI fluency.
Score Stays Similar
Possible if you've maintained skills but haven't significantly grown. The learning may need more time to consolidate.
Score Goes Down
Less common, but possible. This might happen if significant time has passed, you're having an off day, or if you rushed through the modules without fully absorbing them.
The possibility of a score decrease is what makes AI CRED scores meaningful. Unlike certifications you keep forever, your score reflects your actual current abilities.
Pro tip: If your score decreases, don't be discouraged. Take a new full evaluation to get a fresh Learning Plan tailored to where you are now, and continue improving. AI fluency is a journey, not a destination.
