I'm President & CEO of Evansville Sheet Metal Works, a union sheet metal fabrication shop in Evansville, Indiana with 80 years in the trade. We also run Cut2SizeMetals, a national B2B e-commerce brand that ships cut-to-size metal across the country.

I'm building AI tools to run both businesses better — a vibe coder more than a developer.

An expert-level AI practitioner, Andy builds versioned, model-agnostic systems — not one-off prompts — including a real-time estimating tool that processed 147 drawings in a single session and a compensation model now at v11 that carries institutional memory forward year over year. He designs tiered autonomy frameworks with hard guardrails, runs cross-model adversarial verification, and uses a local open-weights model as an architectural solution for sensitive data. His technical stack spans Claude Code, Codex, Supabase, and Zapier MCP, deployed across finance, HR, operations, and sales. Andy brings a systems-builder mindset to AI integration — deliberate, commercially grounded, and increasingly transferable — and actively advocates for small business AI fluency at the policy level.
